Vibration Analysis and prompt trouble shooting service in urgent cases 

Vibration analysis is a very powerful tool for machinery diagnostics.
The evaluation of the vibration level on machines with rotating components specifies the ISO 10816 series.
If disturbance occur in production,- and manufacturing facilities, the operator detect usually
deterioration in product quality, increased noise emission, increased temperature and also increase in power consumption, without knowing where the fault is coming from.
Measurable vibration signals of a machine structure are composed of the characteristics of the vibration source and the properties of the transmitting components.
Common sources for vibrations are unbalance, loose parts, misalignment, rolling bearing damage, adjacent machinery, ancillary equipment, worn belts and chains, gear damage, piping system vibration, and electrical drive failure.
These errors can be detected by vibration analysis and knowledge of components and kinematics.
More complex is the vibration analysis in systems with fluctuating speed or slow speed <5 Hz. Also for this errors the vibration analysis provides solutions.
These problems must be identified and eliminated as fast as possible.

I offer a prompt trouble shooting service for vibration diagnosis.

For the mobile service I use, among others, a powerful mobile four-channel vibration analyzer. A frequency range up to 25 kHz for four channels together (single channel 90kHz) can be measured.
With a triaxial accelerometer and appropriate system for fault analysis, a quick overview of a few measuring points can be created.

Complex problems require more in-depth analysis.
A special powerful data diagnostic software is available for this. The measured data are transmitted directly to the computer and analyzed in the premises or in my service mobile.

In addition to the vibration diagnosis:
